Brandy Dupper-Macy, Staff Sergeant US AIr Force- Community Development Manager

Brandy Dupper-Macy joined the Travis Mills Foundation as the Community Development Manager in November of 2018. Brandy grew up in Southern California and is a US Air Force veteran. During her six-year enlistment, she was an Air Traffic Controller in one of the busiest control towers and cross-trained into the Public Affairs career field where she led the weekly newspaper and media outlets for special projects (such as National Geographic and international filming companies, a Presidential visit, an Air Show that hosted more than 200,000 people, the annual Heritage Flight festival) and ensured the commander’s message was shared with the base and local community.

She met her husband, Seth, while they were both stationed in New Mexico and they relocated to his hometown in Maine when her enlistment ended. Brandy earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maine at Augusta with a focus on child development/psychology and her Graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Brandy started her nonprofit career while serving as an AmeriCorps volunteer at the LifeFlight Foundation in 2011 and has been in the nonprofit sector ever since. Brandy is excited to share her nonprofit experience and to support fellow veterans. In her free time, you can usually find her soaking up as much time as possible with Seth and her two boys, Connor and Parker.
